The cooking
includes: making pizzas, pasta sauces, starters and desserte. Learn how
to cook with truffles and other local delicacies with the charismatic

The walking
takes place in the Monti Sibillini National Park.
The whole
group visits a respected vineyard between Spoleto and Assisi, and enjoys
lunch whilst sampling their renowned red and white wines. |
