In order to make your Terracotta Trails holiday as worry-free as possible, we include the following in our prices:

• Transfer from airport to Hilton hotel on arrival • Lunch at Hilton hotel • Transfer to hotel • All breakfasts, picnic lunches and dinners with varied menus and plentiful wine and mineral water. NB. On free day, lunch and dinner are not included. • Transport to and from Spoleto on free day • All dinners are in the hotel except on Wednesday night when dinner will be at a local restaurant • Any transport required before or after walks • For cooking holidays an experienced chef will guide you through the sessions • A walking leader with in-depth local knowledge and First Aid qualification and an Italian speaker assistant member of Terracotta Trails staff accompany all groups • The leader will be equipped for all eventualities • Full commitment and service before, during and after your holiday from all Terracotta Trails staff.       (Not included: flights, insurance, phone and bar bills, lunch and dinner on free day)

You are free to book your own flights to enable you to fly from your local airport and so that you can deal with your preferred airline. We do, however, ask you to ensure that your arrival time in Rome is between 10:00a.m. and 1:00p.m. and that your return flight departs no earlier than midday. For those of you wishing to arrive earlier or postpone your return in order to spend a few days in Rome, we would be glad to help you with your arrangements.
